Such a lovely visit we experienced today for a wig fitting/purchase. From the moment we walked in the team were welcoming, friendly and engaged. The Clinic was clean, smelt amazing and the staff all interacted as we walked through. Our consultant was a lovely lady called Raj she listened to our wants and needs and with her lovely personality she made us feel very comfortable in her private room. I would highly recommend a visit.

I’ve had a great experience at the London Hair Clinic so far. My rebonding sessions are with Ruben who is brilliant. Always very friendly, down to earth and makes the sessions fly by. I’ll definitely be coming back to the clinic for the foreseeable future.

This company exploits those with hair loss. I had a system fitted, which was the same one they used to demonstrate when I had my initial appointment but was assured the one fitted would be ordered and tailored for me considering I paid for a bespoke system. The fitting consisted of minimal cutting and some roughing of the hair; it looked very wiggy. The hair on the system was either non-human or of the poorest quality and could not be worn down as it tangled immediately. I reached out to the clinic repeatedly and was gaslighted by Fabian who alleged it was the way I was wearing it (apparently putting a clip in the hair or tying in a ponytail would cause excessive tangling as it shouldn't act as your own hair). A bald patch appeared on the system after a few months of wear even though I followed the care instructions. When I reached out to the clinic, Fabian ignored my emails and Karolina was unhelpful. A refund for the nearly £2500 was refused.There are other companies that do systems who are far better at what they do and clearly care about their customers. Unfortunately, this company seems to be more interested in the money and takes no accountability in their products; their knowledge about hair is limited and the quality of their products is poor.

I have been coming to The London hair clinic for about 3yrs now. I have got 2 hair systems in that time. Always very happy with them!Jelena is great, she cuts/styles my hair beautifully!
