Trichologist and Manager at The London Hair Clinic, Fabian has over 24 years of experience helping clients with all things hair and scalp. Obsessed with learning, he’s usually deep in a new course even in his downtime — because why relax when you can revise?
Nikki Plenderleith: Assistant Manager/Stylist
With a true passion for hair and a natural talent for bringing out the best in every client, Nikki is not only a highly skilled stylist but also the heart of our team. As Assistant Manager, she’s the go-to person for both clients and staff alike—always ready to lend a helping hand, offer expert advice, or simply share a smile. Whether she's creating flawless cuts, gorgeous colour, or helping a client find a look they love, Nikki combines creativity with precision in everything she does. Her dedication to her craft and her clients shines through in every appointment. Known for her warm personality and calming presence, it’s no wonder everyone at the salon turns to her for support and inspiration.
Emma Furlong: Micropigmentation (SMP) Specialist/Trichologist
For over 15 years I have worked within the hair-loss industry.
I loved my role in senior management but had my head turned, from career progression, when I witnessed the amazing effect of micropigmentation treatments. To facilitate my desire to help restore confidence to those in need, I trained in micropigmentation back in 2011. Since this life-changing turning point I have progressed my skills and knowledge with regular training courses within the hair loss and aesthetic field, most recently in trichological science and practice. My own specialities quickly became Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) and hair-loss related treatments,
My true passion is working together with those affected by hair loss in the clinic, to offer effective solutions and share the joy of confidence restoring hair loss treatments.
Olivia Farrell: Wigmaker/ Micropoint Specialist
One of our skilled wig makers at the Clinic, Olivia blends expert craftsmanship with a warm, friendly vibe. She’s your go-to for any wig-related questions — always happy to help and never short on smiles.
Alice Thorne: Wigmaker/Stylist
One of our two dedicated wig makers, Alice brings five years of experience and three years at the clinic to her craft. She recently qualified as a hairdresser too, making her even more of a double threat. Passionate and precise, she’s all about helping clients feel confident — one strand at a time.
Kindia James: Administrative Manager
Our Admin Manager and all-round clinic organiser, Kindia has been keeping things smooth behind the scenes for over nine years. She’s the first friendly face (or email!) you’ll encounter. When not keeping the office on track, she’s baking sweet treats, spending time with her little family — or out shopping for her next outfit!
Ruben Martinez: Stylist
With 20 years of experience in hairdressing, Ruben specialises in men’s styling and sharp finishes. Known for his flair and fun energy, he brings the party to the salon — and often takes it out on the town afterwards too!
TJ Treck: Stylist/Micropoint Specialist
Stylist extraordinaire and our resident Micropoint expert, TJ is your go-to for women’s hair transformations. With years of experience and a love of all things fitness, she’s either styling clients or smashing a workout. Spot her at the gym — just don’t interrupt leg day.
Sebastian Parfene: Stylist/Micropigmentation (SMP) Specialist
With a wealth of experience in both men’s and women’s hairdressing, Sebastian is also our in-house SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) artist — a master of both hair and ink. When he’s not perfecting hairlines, you’ll likely find him tattooing in his spare time, turning skin into art.
Andrea Doris: Stylist
Our newest female stylist at The London Hair Clinic, Andrea brings decades of experience and sharp attention to detail. A true industry veteran, she’s all about precision, style, and good conversation. When he’s not behind the chair, she’s probably hunting for vintage fashion, sipping a strong espresso, or winning at pub quizzes (don’t test her 80s music knowledge).
Grace Albury: Stylist/Colour Specialist
One of our newest team members, Grace brings over a decade of experience in women’s hairdressing — and she’s our resident colour expert. From subtle blends to bold transformations, she knows her way around a colour chart. Calm and collected in the salon, but outside of work? She’s chasing thrills with extreme sports.
Jon Halili: Administrative Specialist/Consultant
Our Administrative Specialist, Jon is often the first voice new clients hear and plays a key role in consultations, customer care, and driving sales. Young, ambitious, and full of energy, he’s all about making clients feel informed and looked after. Outside of work, you’ll find him making music — whether he’s producing beats or writing lyrics, the creativity never stops.
Andrea Munoz: Receptionist
As one of the friendly faces at reception, Andrea keeps things running smoothly at The London Hair Clinic from the front desk. Organised, approachable, and always ready with a smile, she makes sure every client feels welcome the moment they walk in. When she’s off the clock, she’s usually on the hunt for the best bargains — whether that’s in-store or online, she’s got a sixth sense for a good deal.
